PROJECT: to design coverart for the podcast “Language & Fiction” by André, Alexander and Julian.
CLIENT: André Nilsson Dannevig, Alexander Lykke and Julian K. Lysvik
DESIGN: The podcast is run by three linguist and it aims to explore everything fictional and the very real field of linguistics in tandem. Fictional can both be something present, in the future or in the past, so to integrate all of this I crinkled a paper and scanned it to make it look like it was written on a piece of paper - like they planned the podcast - and experimented with different fonts to get the future-istic part. To enhance the feeling of writing the idea of the podcast on a piece of paper, I incorporated the definitions of the words.
